I’m Robin Tiedje, Florida Broker Associate, REALTOR® and Team Lead of the Coastal Key Home Team, with more than 8 years of real estate experience, over $10 million in career sales, and more than 75 families helped with buying and selling real estate throughout Southwest Florida.

I proudly serve Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Estero, Bonita Springs, Naples, Punta Gorda, North Port, and surrounding Southwest Florida communities. My experience includes residential sales; first-time and experienced buyers; sellers; relocation; new construction; vacant land; and investment properties.

As a Florida Broker Associate, I have pursued advanced education and licensing beyond the sales associate level to expand my knowledge of real estate transactions, brokerage operations, contracts, and Florida real estate practices. I also hold the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) designations, providing additional specialized training that I put to work for my clients.

As Team Lead of the Coastal Key Home Team, my clients receive personalized, hands-on service from me along with the additional support and resources of my team. I pride myself on being responsive, accessible, and proactive. Communication is one of the most important parts of my business—I want my clients to understand what is happening, what comes next, and what options they have throughout the process.

Having personally relocated to Southwest Florida, I also understand the unique challenges of moving to a new area. I enjoy helping relocating clients learn about the different communities and find the area and property that best fit their needs and lifestyle.

For sellers, I provide a personalized approach to pricing, marketing, negotiation, and managing the transaction from listing through closing. For buyers, I help with everything from the initial home search and property research to negotiations, inspections, financing milestones, and closing.

My goal isn’t simply to complete a transaction. It’s to provide the level of service that makes my clients comfortable referring their friends and family to me long after closing.
