My husband and I recently relocated from IL to Florida. Rich helped every step of the way from referring a realtor to help us sell our home in Algonquin, IL and finding us a new home in Trinity, Florida. Rich worked closely with the agent in Illinois and they were able to negotiate a sales price over asking on our home.
