Sean Hogoboom

Born and raised on the Central Coast in Arroyo Grande, Sean is deeply knowledgeable about San Luis Obispo County. Growing up, his parents worked in the school district health system and resort hospitality. They instilled the value of creating meaningful ties with families within the local community; cultivating his belief that building lasting relationships is the true cornerstone for any thriving business.
Detail oriented with an artist’s eye, Sean developed his passion for architecture and landscape while attending art classes at Cuesta College; eventually earning a BA in Design from San Diego State University and MA in Sport Management from Long Beach State University.
Sean’s diverse skillset and personable nature have led him to curate friends and connections worldwide. Always giving it his all, Sean is there to support his clients and their real estate needs – large or small.
