I've worked with a variety of real estate agents and Steve is the best! He is very easy to work with, he has been fantastic with communication, and he has worked very hard to help us find us exactly what we are looking for.

Steve was cognizant of my needs in finding a home and took those needs in consideration when referring homes for me to look at. He was able to find homes that were coming on the market and set up appointments for the first day the home was available, that is so important with the current real estate situation. I was impressed with Steve's patience and professional, yet friendly manner. Steve would be my first choice in future real estate transactions. I highly recommend him.

I'm not sure I have adequate words to share my experience. From the start, Steve exuded his warm personalty. He had done some research in my area and had come up with a range of sale prices. So I agreed to meet him again. He was an excellent listener and answers any and all of my questions. After we settled on a sale price he went to work and even posted my condo on Facebook where over 1000+ people viewed my property. He announced a 'coming soon' posting just to let perspective buyers to get ready. We held an open house to start the sale. and six days later I had an offer above the asking price. I accepted the offer and that was a it. We closed six weeks later. So, write this down STEVE LETH, He is someone you will want to know!
