Victoria was chosen by my mortgage company,ny due to her experience with VA loans. I was quite happy with her. There was a property I was interested in seeing, but when she checked it w,as not VA certified. We moved on from there and we found my perfect place.

Vicki delivered everything I was hoping to have on an agent. We were looking for speed since we only had a few days to shop for houses, wanted to pack as many houses as possible in a day. We wanted a knowledgeable agent of the prospective areas, and she was! And she would quickly look for any additional information we were seeking. She was available when needed or would quickly get back to us as soon as she could. She was accommodating and patient with us as we traveled around with our little toddler. I wish we could take Vicki with us to be our agent every time we move. She was the best.

Vicky helped us in purchasing the home we sold about 6 years ago. That was our first home purchase and she went above and beyond. She was always there to answer a call or text no matter what. She was so extremely helpful and kind that she makes buying and selling a home an enjoyable process. There was no doubt if we would use her when selling the home and she did an excellent job yet again!

Victoria made buying a home in Illinois while living in Seattle one of the smoothest things we have ever done. She did this by being prepared, available and a great communicator. We wouldn't want to buy another home unless Vicky was our agent.

Vicky was always attentive to my needs. She worked with me in putting 4 different offers in until I finally got the house that suited us.

She was always reachable and got back to me the same day with any questions I had mostly within the hour. She was patient throughout the entire process when sales did not go through and during bad inspections. She made my first time buyer experience great and kept me positive throughout. She went above and beyond to purchase a home warranty when the seller was not budging with credits from the inspection. I always felt that she was on my side the entire time.

As nervous first time home buyers Victoria Holmes made the whole experience as smooth and easy as possible. We were referred to Vicky by our lender because she was the VA loan expert in the area we were looking to buy. From the first phone call we had until we signed our papers on closing day Vicky was kind and professional. She was attentive to our needs and hesitations. She was patient, reassuring, and quick to respond. Even when issues arose with our loan, Vicky helped us stay positive and made it a seamless transition for all parties involved when we switched lenders. Honestly we don’t feel we could have had a better realtor than Vicky. We love her so much we’d recommend her to everyone we know!
