Vicky was always attentive to my needs. She worked with me in putting 4 different offers in until I finally got the house that suited us.

She was always reachable and got back to me the same day with any questions I had mostly within the hour. She was patient throughout the entire process when sales did not go through and during bad inspections. She made my first time buyer experience great and kept me positive throughout. She went above and beyond to purchase a home warranty when the seller was not budging with credits from the inspection. I always felt that she was on my side the entire time.

As nervous first time home buyers Victoria Holmes made the whole experience as smooth and easy as possible. We were referred to Vicky by our lender because she was the VA loan expert in the area we were looking to buy. From the first phone call we had until we signed our papers on closing day Vicky was kind and professional. She was attentive to our needs and hesitations. She was patient, reassuring, and quick to respond. Even when issues arose with our loan, Vicky helped us stay positive and made it a seamless transition for all parties involved when we switched lenders. Honestly we don’t feel we could have had a better realtor than Vicky. We love her so much we’d recommend her to everyone we know!

Victoria is personable and highly professional. She worked very hard to answer our questions and make buying our home run as smoothly as possible. Every time we called or texted, she answered, and she was always understanding. Her knowledge of the local area and real estate costs were key to our purchase of our current dream home! Vicky was amazing and by far went above and beyond for us and I have no problem recommending her to all of my friends and family. Vicky covered every little detail from giving us printed books she created on several potential properties, she walked is through all our inspections and closing. She even gave us the perfect house warming gift! We are very happy that Vicky was our realtor and we are very thankful for her! She is a realtor who is a sweetheart, cares for her clients, and is the ultimate professional!

As first time home buyers we had a ton of questions. She was able to answer all of our questions, and when she didn't know the answer she found it and made sure we completely understood everything that we were doing. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend her to any and everyone! This was a long road for me and my family and working with Vicky eased our nerves and made this process painless and enjoyable! Now we are living in the perfect home for our family and thanks to Vicky we feel really confident in our purchase decision and all of what owning our home will entail.

Vicky was always on top of her game. She was always extremely friendly and had everything in order. Purchasing a house was a better experience.

I had a great working experience working with Victoria. Initially She has shared the guide and book which is very helpful for first time buyers like me to be aware of. I'm impressed with her home work before showings which is very helpful.

She is very professional and helpful in closing the deal successfully even though there were some bottlenecks through the process . She extended her help after closing for taking care of some repairs and other services.
