I found a home that I was interested in late in the evening, I emailed the Victoria Holmes; the listing agent. Within fifteen minutes she responded, we set up a visit for thenext day. Although I did not purchase that home, i gave her some ideas of the type of home i was looking for. She sent me a list of many available homes and we visited just about all of them. The first house we looked at was the one she thought we would like the most, after looking at about twenty homes it was certain that she was right. We purchased the house with no surprises, from the inspection to closing everything went smoothly. I have never had a home purchase be so stress free.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided. Buying a home these days is nothing like the past. Patience is important and Victoria had a lot of patience. She quickly returned phone calls if she couldn't answer and quickly responded to our emails. We were very lucky to have worked with Victoria. I would recommend Victoria. She honestly gives you feedback if she believes the house if overpriced or not.
