His attention-to-detail and his expansive knowledge on what to look for when touring a property made me feel like I was in good hands. I knew that when touring a property, Bobby would point out any obvious structural concerns that should be considered when coming to a decision. The formal inspection of the property showed that his observations were spot-on. Bobby is very communicative, even on vacation, and tells you exactly what is next in the homebuying process. I highly recommend Bobby Stephens to any homebuyer - especially if they are new to the Cincinnati area like I was.

Bobby knows just about every neighborhood of the city. Very detail oriented when it came to basic assessments when walking through potential homes. I'm 24 and this was my first home purchase. We looked at fixer uppers.. I felt as if he treated the process as if it were his own child buying a home, and was honest in his thoughts and opinions about the homes we saw.
