Dan was very helpful throughout the entire process. He knew what he was about and always responded promptly, either through email or text. Everything went so smooth I managed to close on my new house 5 weeks from our very first meeting. If he didn't know the answer to a question off the top of his head, he knew how to get it. One thing I can't truly comment on is the negotiation. In my particular instance, Dan was actually able to find a new house for me before it even officially went on market. That had the positive of not needing much work to make my offer look competitive. In a sense, it was the best kind of negotiation: none.
