Mr. Dillon's recommendation on a sale price for the property proved to be accurate and his estimate on an approximate time when a sale would take place also proved to be reasonably accurate. He seemed to have a good understanding of market conditions in this area. I was informed by email each time he scheduled an appointment for viewing the house. He was also prompt in answering any questions I sent by email; contacting his office personnel was also possible. The home owner, when employing through Mr. Dillon (or any real estate broker), crews to remove unwanted furniture, to repaint some interior surfaces and do minor repair work in order to ready the house for viewing. This was generally a satisfactory experience for me. My conversations with Dillon were always business-like, appropriate and professional. And we got the job done.
