The one drawback was the experience dealing with atlantic county and the lawyer issue. I don't know if our circumstance was the the learning curve or lack of execution. It cost us $10,000. I wasn't sure if the public would see this, that was the cause of my delay in responding. We think you are a great real estate agent. I would recommend you to a friend for sure, but not without giving them a heads up about how atlantic county realtors function.
