For starters, Kim is one of the most knowledgeable agents out there. Through out both our processes we were made so comfortable. We came to Kim wanting to sell our current home and also buy a new one. We told Kim exactly what we wanted and where we wanted to buy and every single listing she showed us was just that. She also recommended a great inspector and knew what to look for and what to stay away from. And she delivered. We found the PERFECT home within days and she made sure we got that home.

For the selling portion, Kim came with a plan and also went above and beyond to make sure the house was ready for showing. She gave us ideas and pointers on how to sell and present the home. so many offers came in during the first 2 showings because of the work she put in to make sure everything was ready.
