Kristin is absolutely a gem. We put our home on the market during a rough period. Not only was it hurricane season, but also election time and the new school year starting back up were huge factors we had to work with. Needless to say it didn't sell right away but Kristin never slowed down. She marketed our home non stop and was available to help us anytime we had any questions. We reposted our home after a short break from the holidays and within no time she had a buyer.
I could really go on and on about Kritin Silvers professionalism. I have and will continue to recommened her to friends family and anyone else looking for a realtor who Truly listens to the needs of their clients.

Kristin is an amazing Realtor! When looking at houses, she remembered all the details we mentioned were important to us in finding our next home. She walked us through every step of the process and has great attention to detail. At the closing, she gave us a thoughtful and personalized housewarming gift and even included gifts for my dog!! The seller left large (junk) items in the garage and Kristin even came back to dispose of them! I highly recommend Kristin if you're in the market to buy or sell your home!
