She started her real estate career in Guam, USA, working with military families who were PCSing. Shortly after, she began working with VA and first-time homebuyers. Accelerating her career, she quickly moved on to help repeat buyers and sellers in the residential market, land purchases and sales, and commercial sales. Soon after, she entered into partnerships with local and overseas builders and investors.

Marissa Alcantara isn't just a fantastic real estate agent, she is a blessing in disguise! From the moment we started working with her, she felt like family. The San Diego market is really tough right now, but she really understood what we were looking for and put her whole heart into helping us find it.
