Having lived in the Carolinas all my life, I have a deep understanding of the local market.

I manage a family business specializing in single-family homes and leased land, boasting over 30 years of experience in sales and customer service. In 2013, I opened Wave Beach Realty with my wife, Wendy, who is also an agent and serves as our Broker in Charge. We are a small family brokerage dedicated to meeting all your real estate needs in both North and South Carolina's coastal and rural areas.
