Year-over-year, Santa Barbara County’s typical home value has held nearly flat, dipping less than a percentage point even as California overall saw modest price growth. Homes sold are up more than 19 percent from last year and pending sales have jumped about 24 percent, showing stronger demand than the broader state market.
