Conditions are expected to shift only slightly in March 2026, with projected typical values near $314,500, a median list price around $285,000, and inventory edging up to about 720 homes. Month over month, values are up 5.88 percent and list prices 3.7 percent, while active listings grew 2.6 percent to 711 and there were 231 new listings and 223 pending sales in February, indicating a market that is active but not overheated.
