Andy answered every question I had and was very patient throughout the entire process. Any curveball that was thrown his way he would solve and would constantly ensure me " don't worry, the house will get sold, I will handle it" which made me feel extremely comfortable. My son also was still staying at the house and he was able to contact him whenever showings occurred which is something he didn't have to do, but he was able to work with us which we are very grateful for. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of selling as well as purchasing a home because good agents who care are hard to come by. I would not have wanted to deal with any other realtor than Andy, he truly went above and beyond!!
Andrew is a joy to work with on top of being incredibly knowledgeable and on top of things. He always follows through, he is quick to reply, he is transparent and honest, and you can fully rely on him to get the job done right. I had to sell my parents house that was not in the best condition and he (Andrew)had buyers lined up within 24 hrs of listing it. He went above and beyond what was expected. Extremely professional and was always responsive and available. He is the best broker I have worked with and I would recommend him over and over.
Andrew's expertise in the process and guidance along the way was very reassuring. He fully answers questions and his extremely quick text responses were very much appreciated. We ran into a few snags with the house, but he coordinated and stayed on top of everything to assure all inspections and working with the lawyer would lead to a successful closing.
