Christian was a very big help when in search for our home. I had many questions on a regular basis and he stayed consistent with replying. He made sure I understood each process. He made me feel really confortable even when my questions were repeatedly the same. I felt like this was not just a business matter but more of a friend lending a helping hand. I was in a tight situation with having to renew a lease by February 1st. Renewing a lease would only mean that I was paying off another person’s mortgage. We started our search December 1st and by December 15th we had an offer accepted. I can’t thank Christian enough for being there every week to see a list of homes. Christian came recommended by my nephew and his wife. We were selling our home and were not familiar at all with the process by which to do it.
