My path to real estate was not direct; The experiences gained along the way, proved to be invaluable in preparing me, to go beyond what most agents can offer. Developing a keen eye for detail, learning the importance of processes, but most of all great communication. My desire to continually improve, coupled with my affinity for architecture/helping people, would eventually lead to a productive career in Real Estate. Purchasing my first personal residence then my first income property, I learned from a consumers standpoint, how important a knowledgeable agent is to the process . I make it a point to keep up with the latest trends; always try to put myself in my clients shoes, get a feel for the way they think and what is really important to them. I have won a # of awards, through millions worth of transactions, but do not rest on my laurels; every person and every property is different.
