Shannon was amazing helping us with a huge move from VA to CA. She really hit the streets for us previewing many homes on our behalf and sending us videos or facetiming with us to help us find the perfect home. When it was time to submit offers she really dug in and got us as much information as possible to help craft the most competitive offer to get in our house. She's also helped us a ton after closing with some home care issues that are difficult to manage was we are still out of state. We would definitely recommend Shannon to help you buy or sell your home!

It’s hard to put into words how much my family and I appreciate Shannon’s phenomenal efforts, professional expertise, and genuine care throughout this process. I would give her 500 stars if I could - She truly is THAT good!

Ours was a unique situation, with many challenges & obstacles as my elderly parents needed to leave San Diego and move closer to relatives out of state for health reasons. As they were unable to go through the rigors of selling their home, I worked with Shannon remotely via telephone, email and text. I immediately found her to be very knowledgeable, detailed and extremely personable as we began this process. As we worked through the sale, I was particularly impressed with her thoughtfulness and willingness to go the ‘extra mile’ - No matter the issue or question, Shannon was always responsive and proactive in solving any problems or alleviating all concerns.

But what really set her apart was the kindness and compassion she showed my parents. (She brought my mom flowers when they first met and that scored big points for sure!) She quickly earned their trust and made a very difficult and scary experience for them far less stressful. She also set my mind at ease several times. Selling a home is never easy, especially when you’re doing it from across the country, but Shannon made it easy - Always providing clear explanations and calming reassurances. Her positive attitude and energy are second to none!

Shannon Wineman made the entire experience of remotely buying a house in San Diego very, very easy for us. Our primary residence is in northern California. Her communication was fantastic, she helped us through several issues with the purchase and made the entire experience actually fun! Shannon is still assisting us in securing various contractors for the house even after the sale. I would definitely recommend Shannon to a friend. She is an upper echelon real estate agent.

As a first time home-buyer, Shannon made my process really simple and smooth. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and was extremely patient with my never-ending questions and apprehensiveness.
Beyond that, what I appreciated the most about Shannon was the high character she showed when leaving an open house. On our way out we saw a couple lock their dog in a car on a hot day with the windows rolled up...most people would have let it go, but she doubled back to track down the car owners and confront them in the open house. By the time we walked back to our own cars, we saw the dog's owners sheepishly walking back to their car to help their dog.
In short, Shannon is an awesome realtor. She has great knowledge of the Sam Diego market and is a woman with great character. Highly recommend
