It's not everyday that I'm willing to write such an in depth review of someone, so trust me when I say that my experience with Hamid was AWESOME! Working with Hamid to sell a home during the process of probating a family member's estate, has been nothing short of delightful. Probate itself can be stressful and challenging, but Hamid went above and beyond to help us navigate the process. He was patient and very attentive, and always answered our questions in a very timely manner. He made sure that we had an open line of communication with him throughout the entire process. Hamid's upbeat and positive attitude really made a difference; you can tell that customer service is a top priority to him. Our home sold rather quickly, and he was able to negotiate a cash offer for us, which also sped the probate process up tremendously.
