James helped me search for my first house, and although the housing market was booming to the point where it escalated outside of my purchasing power he still helped me when I shifted my strategy to buying a plot instead. James put forth over 10 same-day offers on buildings with very little downtime or delay, and no complaints despite it being unreasonable. I'd highly suggest anyone getting into SWFL real estate to consider James.
