Great young man who helped me out tremendously. His patients was the BEST.. no matter what time he would be available to answer my questions. He kept me informed
all through the process. If I needed help, James was right there for me. Give him a raise or promotion cause he really deserves it. Would use him again and I am passing his name on to others that I know who are looking to move to the area. How did I find him? My Son used a nice young lady in Mathews, Va from Century 21 who he said was wonderful, so I gave her a call and she recommended James to me. What a pleasure it has been.

James helped me search for my first house, and although the housing market was booming to the point where it escalated outside of my purchasing power he still helped me when I shifted my strategy to buying a plot instead. James put forth over 10 same-day offers on buildings with very little downtime or delay, and no complaints despite it being unreasonable.
