Julia Torsiello was the broker I wished I had worked with when selling my home. I lived there for 26 years and was emotionally attached so it was difficult for me, to say the least. She helped me look towards the future and never made me feel as though I was taking up too much of her time. She was patient and this gave me the ability to take my time and find the unit that best suited my needs. This was a tremendous undertaking for me and the home she helped me find makes me smile every time I go there. I am in the midst of starting a total renovation, and we keep in touch as she is still a support and contact I look forward to sharing my final results with.

I would say Julia's ability to listen and respond to what she hears is one of her best qualities, although her attention to detail and her diligence on follow-up is excellent. I liked the way Julia would give an indication of what might be a good 'next step' but never pushed that position.

At the same time, Julia has a quality of assessing 'in the background' which I found especially helpful. It gave her opinions an authenticity so that I could relax. In other words, I could see that she was seeing the big picture and assimilating things beyond what we discussed. I liked that.

For all these reasons I mentioned, I highly recommend Julia as your next realtor.

Julia helped research a new type of living (55Adult Community) for me a few years before I was totally ready to move. She is a very patient woman and by the time I was ready to move I called on her again ( during the Covid months) since she knew exactly what I was looking for. I enjoyed working with Julia because I can call on her with questions and concerns anytime. She found me this wonderful community through such a difficult time for all. It worked out very well and I already feel at home!
