My property was listed with Julia Torsiello on a Friday, we received a verbal offer the very next day and a signed contract by Wednesday. Unfortunately, we had a miserable buyer who had an agent and lawyer who allowed the process to drag on for weeks - nearly a month after our scheduled closing.

We understand that purchasing and/or selling a home is stressful. We understand that dealing with the unknown and unfamiliar legal issues involved with buying/selling a home are to be expected. However, dealing with unreasonable people should not have to add to the stress.

Julia was very patient with us. We relocated from Florida and she spent two days with us showing us the area and taking us to homes, prior to us moving. She was always on-time and very through in dealing with the sellers agent.s She is well versed in all aspects of the Real Estate market.

Julia Torsiello was on top of everything, leading me in all the steps that were needed to buy the apartment. Trying to get a mortgage and actually buying an apartment is very stressful. However, she lead me in all the steps that made the final transaction of buying apartment relatively easy. She lead me where I could get a mortgage, someone to inspect the apartment, a lawyer that would be very helpful to do the closing, and negotiating with the seller. This was very helpful. After the closing she gave me all the info to set up the electricity and gas in the apartment.
