As a non-US resident buying in the US for the first time, Justin was fantastic to work with. Very lucky to have found him. I was able to comfortably complete the process without being in-person because of his great attention to detail and responsiveness. He went well above beyond with videos of the properties. Made me feel like I was there onsite. He negotiated with the builders to get the best deal possible. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the purchase process (taxes, closing process etc) and the Orlando area. What he didn’t know, he found the answers and got back to me in timely fashion. When I arrived in town for closing, he ensured I had everything I needed for a smooth process. He even picked me up from the airport, brought me a blow-up mattress, and helped install a thermostat. 🙂 He’s definitely set the bar for all other agents. Thank You Justin for everything!

I really want to recommend Justin Murphy if you're looking for a realtor who's great at solving problems with new houses being built. He's professional, knows a lot, and works really hard. I'd totally work with him again in the future. If you want a realtor who cares about you and works really hard, Justin is the best choice.
