We decided to sale our house in the Los Angeles area and I expected major difficulties due to the fact the home was occupied by renters and I would need to comply with local rental regulations also the transaction would have to take place over some distance while we lived in the Midwest. Despite these complications Karen Castillo stepped forward with knowledge of the area and her professional skills to ensure the sale and closing was seamless. She took the lead on everything I would highly recommend her.
