Karen's personality is top notch. It was easy to work with her and she answered any questions I had. She made me feel comfortable through the process.

Even though it was my first home purchase, Karen made it seem easy. She was always on top of things and did everything quickly and always got back to me with answers to any questions I had. She even calmed me down and reassured me when I felt nervous about buying a home. She was always available and easy to reach. I would definitely go back to Karen if I need any real estate help.

On a scale from 1 to 10 I will give this experience with Karen Castillo/Century 21 a 10. I had my doubts at first because of the covid-19 pandemic. I thought to myself who's gonna wanna buy my house at this juncture. Skeptical at first until I received Karen's flyer in the mail. I gave her a call and quickly we set up a meeting the very next day and got to work. She answered all my questions and put my doubts at ease. She doesn't play around, get's the job done and has a firey attitude that I like about her. I would recommend anyone to Karen that's looking to buy/sell a home.
