Kelvin is a very conscientious real estate agent who prioritizes his clients best interests. Out of the 5 real estate agents that I have worked with in the past, Kelvin is the one I trust the most to ensure I get the best deal possible for a given house. With some other real estate agents, I feel that they have a strong motive to just complete the deal so that they can earn their commission. It is very understandable and I don t blame them for it. However, Kelvin puts a lot of thought and calculations in his offers. There were times when he directly told me that the offer I suggested was too high. He made sure I wasnt overpaying for the house that I like. The house that I ended up buying, he negotiated for a final price that was thousands lower than what I was prepared to pay. I am also an out-of-state buyer and Kelvin was great at communicating and accommodating my schedule. He is very responsive and always gets back to me promptly. I appreciated his help.
