He is very knowledgeable and cares very much about his client’s best interest. He was quick and prompt on negotiating and getting the paperwork moving. So this was my first time purchasing a home. When I started the process, I did not have my own realtor. I thought about not using one to be honest, or just waiting for one to catch my attention.

My very first viewing I brought my parents along for their experience and knowledge. They picked apart the house, and being in automotive sales for years, I felt bad for the realtor who I figured was trying to sell me a product. That realtor was Kevin.

But Kevin didn’t fight it, he helped show me some of the quirks on the house so that I could better understand what I would be getting myself into, and also showed me the many benefits of the home.

His interests in what I was looking for and my background held more precedence than selling me that singular house that I was looking at the moment. That impressed me.

I tried to see another two houses, with only those houses’ listing agents, and never felt the same comfortability as I did with Kevin.

So I contacted Kevin, and assigned him to tracking down some houses. But I was still determined to find the house on my own. He stuck it out while we looked at 3 or 4 more houses I picked.

Finally, I chose to go see a house that, of course, Kevin had sent me. It was the house I am now living in. I think that is pretty much all I need to say about that.

If you are looking for someone who will work every day to find you a house, look no further. If you are looking for someone who will walk into a house and put himself in your shoes, look no further. He will answer all of your questions promptly, and I did have many.
