Where do I begin?
I have bought and sold 9 houses over a 40 year period. Lauren is undoubtedly the most efficient, knowledgeable, dedicated, impassioned and PROfessional real estate agent I have ever had the joy to work with. And I do mean JOY!
She was absolutely on board with showing me houses from McMinnville, OR all the way up to Vancouver, WA without hesitation. She very quickly understood my somewhat unusual property needs and stayed tuned into it. I was able to land my "Unicorn" property because Lauren skillfully wrangled the first showing and we negotiated a winning deal. When my cousins from Texas needed a realtor in order to relocate to Vancouver, Lauren was ON IT! Lauren was amazing to work with! She took the time to really understand our needs and wants and found us the perfect house! We lived 6+ hours away, and so were dependent on her to be our eyes & ears for each showing. She made videos for every showing & gave us honest insight for each house. I would give 100 stars if I could. Lauren Matthews is literally one of the best human beings I have ever met. I connected with Lauren through recommendations off of Facebook. I met with her a few days later in Starbucks to see if we would work well together. I felt an instant connection with her. That following Sunday, we saw a few listings together. That night, we found our dream home. Checked off everything on our list and then some. We put an offer in. The next day, it was accepted. 10 days. From that 1st Facebook message to getting our dream home. Lauren went above and beyond. Her dedication and commitment to us is how we beat out 3 other offers. I never once felt like a customer or a transaction. Lauren is an excellent communicator.
