Lena is the best. She got us a great deal on our house. A great deal on the land. She was very knowledgeable and we would use her again if we ever need to! She is the best!!

I remember leaving a voice mail about a home I was interested in.
I had already been through the wringer with several not so professional Realtors
So I decided to just see if this home that was listed was available.
Lena returned my phone call within just a few minutes. I , told her my circumstance that I was in. I also let her know that I was qualified with the VA.
Lena scheduled a showing for the next day.
We met at the home I was interested in.
As we looked at the property.
Lena's knowledge of the VA loan requirements began to interest me .
She talked about the foundation requirements. The condition of the roof. She pointed out just about everything that was wrong with the property.
What a refreshing surprise that was. I had found not only a realtor that showed up on time but she also knew what to look for .
Lena and I left that property. Lena than showed me a list of homes available in that area.
We looked at several homes on line .
She took time to explain where they were and what type of community they where in.
