Linda is always there when you need her. She introduced us to Caroline who's is equally a brilliant agent. Both were there when we needed them.
We have use her team twice before she is a wonderful person always professional and makes it happen for whatever he clients need.

The Linda Hall Team was great. They were understanding of our needs and helped our family find the perfect house. The process was smooth and helped us focus on what was important.

We purchased the home through Linda Hall/Century 21 First Choice 8 years ago. The agent did a great job. The broker did an excellent job of keeping us informed about what was going on in the community, the changing value of our home, and annual pie giveaways :-) We continuously felt connected to the broker, so we chose to use the broker again, even though our agent was no longer there.

We worked directly with agent Caroline McCarthy. Caroline was very approachable, friendly, informative and helpful. She came out and shared the process and what to expect even though we were clear that we were not yet ready to put the house on the market. She gave helpful suggestions about how to prepare the home for showing. Once we decided to put the home on the market she did a thorough review of the prices of comparable homes and suggested a reasonable price for the house. She quickly set everything up to get our house on the market as soon as possible. She provided good information and suggestions. She was a good advocate on our behalf with the buyers' agent. In addition to Caroline, Amanda did a good job of keeping us informed about next steps and what had been completed.

Sabine is always amazing to work with and handle RE transactions. We've now used Sabine for 4 RE transactions (buy/sell existing home, buy vacant land, build new house), and have expectations of using her again. We don't see the need to ever consider another RE professional to help with our future purchases/investments.

We met with a few different agents and were immediately sold on the Linda Hall team. They came in prepared and had all of the analytics. Their knowledge and preparation was second to none. I'd almost say it's foolish to use anyone else.

I had thought a long time about selling my house and wanted someone who knew the area well and was successful listing and selling homes. Linda and Caroline know the area and were very professional in handling the sell of my home. They helped to get the price set properly and were always available to answer my questions.
