After working with another agency and agent for months and not being any closer to my dream home, I came across a listing posted by Christine on Facebook. Within minutes of clicking on the link, I received an email from her asking about the posting... I thought, oh great...a scam....but at the same time, my home search couldn't possibly get any worse, so I responded to her few questions, never expecting a response (the home was way out of my price range).

A few weeks later, I was under contract and am now living in my very first home. Christine explained every step of the process and never let me get stressed out. I will recommend her to every single person that I encounter, and use her for all of my future real estate needs.

Christine was wonderful! She went above and beyond always remaining calm, cool, and collected no matter what situation arrose. She just handled it. Knowing we were 900 miles away.

When the offer came through, Linda and her team did a fabulous job going over the details with me to help me determine whether or not I should accept it. The offer came from an investor, so some of the terms were a little different than a traditional offer. But Linda and team spelled out the fine print for me so that I had no qualms in making the decision. They were great from start to finish!

From the moment we first met Linda and Alex, we were highly impressed! They were top notch in terms of professionalism and knowledge--ultimately our house went under contract in 3 days and sold for full price! The professional photographer and professional stager they hired, at their expense, surely helped us get top dollar for our home. The team is streamlined and everything ran very smoothly with nothing being forgotten. They made things as simple as possible and as stress free as possible. I would use them again in a heart beat.
