Barbara Ferguson from the Linda Hall team was excellent and a pleasure to work with. Any questions we had, she answered in a very timely manner. Amanda Sisko was also a great source. We couldn't have asked for a more professional, friendly and knowledge team than Barbara and Amanda. We loved working with them.

Linda took care of everything, great photos and a book for prospective buyers to take away and view at a later date. After the inspection she helped with contractors to do the repairs in a timely manner. She was there every step of he way with us she is an awesome realtor

When I was looking for a real estate agent in the Lake Wylie area I first found a different website. I called and also sent the other agency an email. They didn't get back to me. I found the Linda Hall Team website and put a call in to Barbara Ferguson. Within an hour she called me back and a relationship was started. She was so welcoming. Four days later that other agency called me back. Needless to say, I didn't need to call them back!

Barbara Ferguson was a so helpful and knowledgeable. When our home took much longer than expected to complete ( new construction) she was supportive every step of the way. She made our move from Connecticut to here much easier. We're so glad we had Barbara as our agent.

The team approached they used was great. The organization and presentation of their process instantly put me at ease about the sale of my home.

I selected the Linda Hall team because of their strong sales history and reputation in the area, but I will be a forever fan because of the results they got for my family and the relationship I build with Barbara. Barbara was there every step of the way. She felt like our own personal agent/friend who truly cared about selling our home and making sure we were stress-free through the process.
