Linda and her team were fantastic. Being my first home sale and currently living out of state I wasn't sure what to expect. Linda said it would be a white glove service, she absolutely lived up to her word.

Sabine was amazing through the entire purchase process. She was very patient as we made multiple trips out to various showings trying to find the perfect home. She kept in touch and was always a call, email or text away when something came up. She was extremely helpful in the negotiation of price and repairs process. I have no doubt without her assistance, we could be in a lot different situation. She kept us sane and headed in the right direction and made sure everything pulled together perfectly in the end. We could not have gotten luckier!

Sabine Hammermann from Linda Hall assisted us in purchasing a new build home so our needs were different. We hired a local inspector on our own who we would highly recommend, and the purchase price was set by the builder. Escrow funds were managed by the closing attorney. We asked Sabine to take site photos for us since we were out of town. When the builder's bank presented mortgage closing issues 10 days before our initial scheduled closing, Sabine quickly used her local contact and knowledge to suggest a replacement mortgage company which was able to successfully work with us to close on our new home.

I was impressed by the professionalism, the attention to detail and above all the warmth and friendliness of the team, especially Sabine who was my main contact person.

The advertising of the property was so well done that we received offers and were under contract within the first week of advertising.

I was looking for a quick sale and so I was looking for a company that could deliver. This group exceeded my expectations. They did not cut corners or make me any unrealistic promises just to make me happy and I considered their honesty and integrity very important.

We would not use any other real estate agency. Linda Hall and Barbara Ferguson have helped us several times. They make an excellent team.

Every one wishes to get the highest price for their property, however, Linda Hall team did the proper due diligence in pricing my property. Had two offers within 15 days, one was declined (Linda Hall did not like the fact they had to sell their condo and offer was $10,000 under asking price) the other was only $4000. below the asking price. and pre approved with a conventional loan,

The inspection did find quite a few repairs. With Linda Hall's team in place, it was a snap. I follow their advice and we were able to meet the closing date with no problem!!
