We have had two sales experiences with Linda Hall in Fort Mill. Both times she priced our homes accurately and they sold within a month! She was very knowledgeable and caring, and gave great advice. We also appreciated the two hours of service from the stager. That certainly helped our homes to show really well. First impressions and the right price DO matter. Also, her team was very supportive and encouraging. Thank you to everyone!

Barbara was so helpful and accommodating. She was very easy to talk to, and she gave great advice. Having a realtor who knows the area so well and has so much experience was wonderful. We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever about our experience selling our home through Linda Hall/Century 21 First Choice. Barbara Ferguson laid out her marketing plan, gave us pointers for staging and while the first week on the market was quite busy, before the end of the week, we had a contract. We would absolutely recommend Barbara to family, friends and anyone looking for a realtor. Barbara knows the area and the market, but more importantly, she knows how to walk her sellers through the maze of selling a home, settle the nerves and smooth over any bumps in the road. She goes above and beyond for her clients and will even brave ice and snow to deliver peace of mind for a bit paranoid one (that would be me).

Rene Did a Great Job as our Broker!!

My realtor is Barbara Ferguson and she is fantastic. I say is and not was because if I ever need a realtor again, I know who it will be and she will always be my first choice if I'm asked to recommend a realtor to anyone. Barbara made house buying so much fun. She kept me on track and got me to the finish line easy peasy. Team Barbara is a real estate army of one and everyone should want her guiding them through the home searching and buying process.

Barbara Ferguson was the agent assisting us when we were looking into homes in the York and Lancaster County areas. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area and was able to help us decide the right area for our needs. She provided us with tips about how to approach moving to South Carolina.

We enjoyed our relationship with Barbara as it was professional but also very friendly and warm. We honestly felt she understood our wishes and was able to focus on the types of home we were looking for.

Barbara connected us to a tool that listed homes as they came on the market so that we could browse them but also get a better feel of what was becoming available. This was an important tool as we lived in Maryland and couldn't just pop down to look at a place.

Barbara helped us at our walk through and the closing went very smoothly. I feel Barbara was a factor in getting through these processes.

We would strongly recommend Barbara to anyone looking in the area. We will certainly be telling any of our friends who might be coming to this area.

What came over strongly from Linda was that she really cared. It wasn't about the money, it was about what was the right deal for me. Amanda and Deborah also cared and as a client selling a property for the first time in the US, I felt very vulnerable but they put me completely at ease and I felt relaxed throughout. They never came over stressed about anything, although I am sure that things can get stressful, but they never showed it. You can't actually put a price on that!

Linda Hall's agency has always provided us excellent service. We have recommended them to several friends and family members and they were very pleased with their experiences as well.
