As an international student, I did not have most of the requirements the renters were asking for, but he managed to review all my papers from my country and interpret them for the owner. Marc was available even after the lease was signed, helping me in the moving process, getting the keys, and asking the owner some questions I had. He was able to answer all my questions about how the lease works, the property, and what things were around, among others. He was very patient when explaining everything and even asked how things were going after receiving the apartment.
