Marli is a professional. Went out of way to make sure deal closed. Marlboro township pushed her in many directions. She made sure all permits were accepted and made sure everything else was satisfied in order to get CO. I couldn’t be more satisfied with her performance. I highly recommend her!!

As 1st time home buyers, we were anxious and eager to find our special place to call home. From the very first interaction, Marli was not only responsive, but excited to get to know what we were looking for and to help us find it. She would send us listings when she saw something pop up for sale, did everything to get us in to see it ASAP and talked us through all the pros and cons of each property till we found the right one. In the midst of bidding wars and a rollercoaster of a market, Marli stayed calm and confident that the right home would come about. Even working with our impending baby due date, she was so assuring that we would have a place to call home before baby arrived. In the end, we found our 1st home with plenty of time to settle in before baby & we couldn't be happier!
