In my first conversation with her, I realize she is someone I need to help me to purchase a home. My wife and I found a home that checked off a lot of the items on our list and made a good faith offer to the seller and got accepted. I found Peggy on an internet search because i wanted an agent who could offer a rebate during this crazy market. I was quickly shown a few potential agents.
