About

I obtained my college degree in four years from Saint Michael's College, majoring in Economics and Political Science. I then worked in New York City for two years in Economic Research.

I graduated from Loyola Chicago School of Law in three years, where I completed numerous courses in property law and contracts.

After moving to Los Angeles, I worked for a production company writing contracts for film projects. Additionally, I gained experience at a general practice law firm where we handled real estate and contract cases in court.

In 2010, I worked in real estate under a broker, assisting 150 homeowners who were struggling to pay their mortgages. We focused on mortgage modifications, bankruptcies, and short sales. I also participated in a document review project that assessed subprime loans.

In 2018, I took on a Mortgage Compliance Review role in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where I reviewed home loans.

In 2020, I began representing home buyers in the purchase of residential properties, achieving significant success with multiple offers. From April until now, my buyers have submitted over 50 offers, and I have successfully negotiated closing costs.
