He's a consummate professional.

The property was landlocked and had been a white elephant in our family for over 40 years.
Brads ability to market and actually sell this land was nothing short of a work of art!

Brad is a true professional. He had a marketing plan, carried out his plan and we had an offer 12 days after listing. He understands the value of professional photography, house staging and aerial photos and includes those in his quote. His suggested price range for the house was based on extensive research and available resources. Brad is flexible when he should be and 'sticks to his guns' when he should. He was a pleasure to work with.
