She is amazing, I can't recommend Claire enough! I saw the home on Zillow and lived far away and couldn't see it in person in the short term. I contacted Claire who immediately gave the run through of the local market and explained what to watch out for. I reached out a few days later asking if she could schedule a virtual tour and she responded immediately and a couple of hours later she was at the property showing me everything in a virtual tour. She has high standards and lets you know what to pay attention to. I liked the home and was concerned that it won't be on the market for too long, but also couldn't pull the trigger since I haven't seen in person. Claire suggested making an offer with an option period while I arrange to visit the property which was a perfect solution. Additionally, Claire arranged 2 other showings for me and my wife for the property, and even showed us nearby properties we wanted to look at as a comparison. As a first time home buyer, she made it super easy to navigate the process, and as the cherry on top, she offered to mail me the keys once we closed. The process was VERY smooth, with absolutely no hiccups.

I would recommend our Realtor Claire Williams. The day we met or called. I was almost completely done looking for our dream. We we're not having great experience with a previous Realtor in my opinion. We searched over six months and nothing. My sister get contracted and bought her first home and only searched with almost similar situation 3wks. ??
