Claire asked a couple of questions and came up with this ending number 224. She said, "Whenever we make an offer with 224 as the ending number, the offer will be accepted." I wondered if the number had some sort of significant meaning so I decided to google the number. 224 means Today, Tomorrow, Forever.

Today - I met with Claire after she found my son a home. I gave her his number back in September 2021. They connected in March and by April he closed.

Tomorrow - I texted Claire and thanked her for finding my son and his family a home. My son said, "Mom, get ready because she will work hard in finding you a home." I was finally ready to use my VA Loan. The catch was it was mid May and I needed to be out of my rental by mid July. With the greatest confidence, Claire assured me that she would find me a home and that I would close on June "20" with the number of the offer ending in 224. Every day from mid May until the first part of June we viewed at least one home a day
