Dave help us find the impossible property in Manhattan Beach. We were looking for a multi unit apartment in the "Coastal Zone". The going rate was between 1,000 and 1,200 per sq ft. He found us a newly remodeled 7 unit for about 750 per sq ft!! I closed on it yesterday. On time and substantially under budget. He is a master strategist. Thanks Dave.
