Jim and Grant were fantastic and a pleasure to work with to sell our home. Whether selling or buying a home, the process and hoops can be daunting, frustrating, and stressful but Jim, Grant, and their Family team are truly fantastic. From our initial meeting, to providing comps and marketable pricing, to negotiating a fair deal, and through handling a very complicated closing.
We had previously had the property under another company, Redfin, for 169 Days without any traction and after back on the market in Jim and Grant’s hands, we had a good offer in 3 weeks and closing within weeks. We were also in the unique situation of having to handle closing items (inspections, repairs, etc.) all remote just due to personal timing challenges on my end, but Jim and Grant personally handled all of those details and multiple trips in our absence to make it happen.
