Jocelyn did a fantastic job listing and helping us to sell our lovely, almost new condo in the wonderful Avante 55-community located in Del Sur area of San Diego (Poway school district). She is the BEST! Very responsive and very knowledgeable. She knows North County VERY WELL. Probably other areas also. She always put our needs/desires first! Great lady, great realtor!

The housing market in California (and everywhere) has been very challenging the last year and a half. I first contacted Jocelyn when I briefly put my house in Nor Cal on the market last summer. Things changed, and I took it off the market and then back on in the fall. Jocelyn kept in touch, when others might have just bailed. In anticipation of moving to San Diego county whenever my house did sell, I spent a day there being "shown around" by her team to get an idea of places to buy, as well as looking at several houses. So, when my house DID sell in January, I was ready to REALLY look for homes in the San Diego area. Jocelyn and I looked at 10 or so homes during another one-day visit and we put in an offer on the home I have now. I couldn't be any more impressed with Jocelyn's professionalism and knowledge of the area. I would highly recommend her and plan to call on her for my next sale and purchase.

Jocelyn is amazing. Having never purchased a home in California and relocating from the East Coast we were not familiar with the home purchasing process in California. She really listened to what we were looking for in a home. She truly held our hand through the entire process and gave us piece of mind that I had never experienced before with purchasing real estate. Lots of personal touches that help to make you feel comfortable. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision in a very competitive market. I have already recommended her to a couple of people that I have met who are in the market for a new home.

The Senior advisor who helped me find my next home in a Senior Living Community connected me with other advisors who could help me with my move. Jocelyn was recommended to help with the sale of my current home. She was understanding, knowledgeable, and connected with my adult children to make my sale smooth and without stress as I completed documents and dealt with other businesses connected with the sale of property, I am looking forward to the next phase of my life.

My parents recently relocated to an assisted living facility and we needed to sell their home of 40 years. Jocelyn was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. She priced the house just right and it sold in one day for more than the asking price. She was right on top of every negotiation and we took every bit of her advice which was always spot on. She went above and beyond having to make several trips for signings, etc. since my parents no longer drive. I highly recommend Jocelyn to anyone needing a realtor. 5 stars and then some!
