Wanted to sell our home in a not so hot market in summer 2011. Had neighbors who had used John & Theresa to sell their home and they were more than pleased... well so were we. They were (are) top notch in marketing, communicating and above all really caring about their clients. We had a lot of traffic on our home in a lousy market because together we priced the home at a price that we knew the market would bear (and yes it was less than we really would have wanted but u have to be realistic!!). house sold in less than 2 months and closed without a hitch. I am not kidding when i say i am not a huge fan of most realtors (we have bought and sold many houses) as they dont walk the talk, but John and Theresa do, and they will go the distance with any one they work with!!!

John and Theresa were amazing realtors. This is our second time working with them. They made our experience easy and enjoyable. They know everything and filled in all the pieces for us. We ended the experience with more knowledge than we expected. We stayed in contact the whole experience and they found the perfect place for us that had all the things we asked for and was in our price range. In May of 2013, I contacted John & Theresa as I was moving to the area. Back then I was naive about the home buying process and Theresa gave me some great advice.
