We just finished building our second home with Reliant. We loved our first house enough to build with them again, but this second house has us sold for life! Nichole is such an amazing agent to work with and we never had a question she didn’t answer quickly and in the most helpful manner. She sent out weekly house updates so we always knew what was going on even if we couldn’t physically be there. Our builder Shannon was so efficient, paid amazing attention to detail throughout the entire property. Not only were they on time with our build, which has been difficult for almost anyone to accomplish during Covid, but we were able to close early and be in the new house before the holidays.
