Patty made the sale of my house positive and stress free. Although I don't live in the area, I always felt completely informed and up to date on each step of the sales process. Patty was patient in dealings with my family (living in the house) and always professional in her dealings with me. I consider her a friend as well as my agent and would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone buying or selling a house.

When we were ready to list our house on the market, I decided to contact a couple of agents to get a sense of personality and whether we would "match" on how best to list, show and negotiate for the sale of our house. The home that we listed with Mrs. Billings was sold to the very first buyer that unfortunately had a less than desirable agent. Only through the professional diligence of Mrs. Billings (in concert with the buyers) were we able to close on the house despite the lack of follow through by the buyer's agent. Mrs. billings took charge and worked very favorably with the buyers to address all of the short comings of the buyer's agent. The sale of the property has closed and both the seller and the buyer are extremely pleased with the transaction supported by Mrs. Billings. Should I require another agent in the future I believe the choice is obvious...you may want to consider the same decision.

Patty was our greatest advocate and would inform us of our options, give her opinion, and then happily do whatever we felt was best. We leaned on her to guide us, and are grateful she led us through the process of selling our first house. We would recommend her without hesitation and are proud to call her a friend.

Patty was really great to work with. She was responsive and kept us informed throughout the whole escrow process from beginning to end.

I won't bury the lead on this one, Patty got us the house of our dreams and me and my Family can't thank her enough! She was extremely patient with me. I met Patty at an open house in Sylmar. Upon greeting us, she asked me what we were looking for in a home. I gave her all my criteria (3 bed/2 bath, attached garage, over 1000 feet from highway, etc). The next day I received a phone call from Patty and she told us she found a house that fit my criteria that wasn’t even on the market yet. I had been looking for over 2 years with no luck so I was weary but decided to check it out. The house ended up being EXACTLY what we were looking for. Thanks to Patty we ended up in a home that met all our criteria in our price range. Thank you Patty!

She knows the business of home selling / buying, was on top of everything and worked well with the other agents. Took the time to understand what we wanted and expected. Also keep us informed about what reality was about the whole process and what to expect. Got us the current full asking price. (let us try a higher price which we and her new was to high, but got us a great price for the home when all was done.)

Your agent search stops here. My husband and I would never use anyone else. We met Patty years ago at an open house. We were not her clients at the time, and the offer we put in wasn’t accepted but the seller. Unbeknownst to us, Patty made it her mission to find us a home, despite us NOT even being her clients, and danged if she didn’t find us one. She called up our agent and told him that she thought she found a perfect home for us, and she really did. We went on the purchase that home, largely in part to Patty’s help (deal never would have gone through without her assistance). Patty went above and beyond especially considering we weren’t even her clients to help, but we were in a bad situation with our agent. Thank goodness for her. Ever since we’ve become the best of friends

Patty is the best agent out there. She helped talk the stress off when buying and selling our home. We really had nothing to worry about, she handled everything, all we needed to do was provide our signatures. Patty fought for us and kept us up to date on all the ongoings during the process. Having an agent that won't just do what is best for them in this market is difficult but Patty is that agent that will do what's best for the client above everything else.
