i recently worked with Rich and Hannah of Rich Kim Group to rent out my 3br house.. it was by far the best experience i've ever had buying/renting property.. (1) working with other realtors in the past i could always sense some kind of ulterior motive.. whether it was them telling me that i should consider low-balling my offer, trying to push me towards one decision over another, or otherwise valuing their commission over service.. you will not even get one hint of that with these folks (2) their ability to find potential tenants willing to pay top dollar was beyond my expectations.. i ended up getting way over market price (3) just being super accommodating, responsive, and overall stand-up people
